Recently, the company announced that Kingdee Cloud Star ERP system and barcode system have been successfully launched and meanwhilethe second phase of the project will be officially put into production in August 2024, which marks that Liangshi has officially entered into the fast lane of development, and lays a solid foundation for the sustained and high-quality development of the enterprise.
——Kingdee Cloud Star ERP System Successfully Launched, Promoting Management Upgrade——
In order to further improve the operation efficiency and management level of the enterprise, Liangshi Company officially launched the Kingdee Cloud Star ERP system construction project in November 2023. Under the personal leadership of General Manager Zhou Mingxing, the project team cooperated closely with Bonsin Software Technology Company, and finally lunched the system on line on April 1, 2024 after many stages such as demand research, business blueprint design, system environment construction, system testing and training and propaganda. After the system went online, it was immediately put into operation and successfully completed the month's closing, which fully demonstrated the success and efficiency of the project.
Kingdee Cloud Star ERP system not only establishes an efficient synergy system between business departments and finance department for Liangshi, but also realizes the closed-loop management of logistics in the whole process of research, production, supply and saleswhich will significantly improves the level of financial and business integration. Meanwhile, the system establishes double accounting system for management and tax, which meets the management requirements of different dimensions, promotes the mobile and paperless process of enterprise operation, and provides strong support for the efficient management and monitoring of the enterprise.
——Barcode system put into use to improve quality traceability——
In order to further satisfy the demand of whole-process quality and information traceability under the intelligent manufacturing MES system, Liangshi started the barcode system project in December 2023. Through the joint efforts of the project team and Bangxin Software Technology Company, the barcode system was officially launched on July 1, 2024. The successful lunch of this system has made up the last piece of the jigsaw puzzle at the data input end of Kingdee CloudStar ERP system, realizing the synchronous update of business and data information.
The application of barcode system has fully improved the quality information traceability of Liangshi's products in the whole process from raw material, warehouse, equipment, personnel, operation, process inspection to shipment inspection. At the same time, the system also has the function of anti-error and anti-dullness reminder in some manual feeding processwhich further improves the quality management and manufacturing management level of the company and provides a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
——Successful commissioning of the second phase of the project, doubling production capacity——
After two years of careful design and construction, the second phase project of Liangshi Company was officially put into trial production with material in August 2024 and successfully put into production. Located in Huaqiao Chemical Park, Yingde City, Qingyuan, the project adopts the most advanced DCS control system, realizing fully automatic operation from storage, weighing, feeding, heating, temperature control, discharging to loading and unloading. The workshop is equipped with 10 sets of reaction kettles of different specifications, which can flexibly switch the production of different specifications and varieties of products and realize flexible scheduling.
The successful commissioning of the second phase of the project has doubled the production capacity of Liangshi, reaching a new height of 120,000 tons/year. This not only provides sufficient capacity guarantee for the next stage of high-speed development of the company, but also further consolidates the leading position of Liangshi in the industry.
